Our personal training sessions begin with an analysis of your training needs followed by individual and specific coaching, regular reviews of progress and expert advice.
Personal training yoga packages are ideal for those who prefer to exercise in the privacy and convenience of their own home. They’re also a great choice for people with limited mobility who have difficulty accessing a public yoga class. Suitable for individuals, couples/pairs and small groups (to a maximum of four).
