After teaching yoga part-time for 24 years I finally took a leap of faith and began my full-time yoga teaching and therapy business in May 2011. I have loved every day since. Every session I get to help people feel good, get fitter and improve their healthy. Watching my students transform into stronger, healthier, calmer people is a huge reward that gives a huge sense of satisfaction.
